Rigips, a part of the Saint-Gobain company group and a leader of the Hungarian dry construction market is our returning client.Years ago, we earned their trust with website development, social media communication and campaigns. In 2018 we extended our collaboration; besides communication activities we were tasked with stand design and to make employer branding films as well.

During our company’s marketing activity, involving an agency came up for two reasons: we want activity in areas where deep professional knowledge is required; and if we would like to multiple our capacities. I first got in contact with Armadillo Advertising Agency more than 12 years ago – since then, we worked together on several small and large campaign projects. It is no secret that in this period we gave assignments to other agencies as well, so – although the data is not representative – we have a basis of comparison. During our collaboration we designed and built a stand for Euroskills exhibition. The exhibition appearance was supported by communication and publishing native contents beside social media.

We started employer branding with creating short films based on pre-defined screenplays written in the Rigips factory in Halmajugra. In the video presenting career paths, executive director Attila Piros also told his extraordinary story.

With the employer branding videos we proved that with perseverance and serious attitude Rigips employees do not only have a stable workplace, but they also have the opportunity for advancement and career building.
